well that's not right because some times it is good buy after the price has risen. there are a lot of different strategies, for example you can make money on breakouts.

if you have a good strategy you can make money during/after a pump, but it is obviously risky and you need to know what you are doing so this is just for good traders

This depends. The price can rise and i can still buy if they price will still rise. I did that for litecoin this year when it was at $54.
