Does it mean Etherum don't want grow?

It doesn't mean that, Ethereum doesn't want to grow or to get up. That means the situation of crypto is so bad, like you know. Because of that ETH can not get up like others. When BTC would get up, in my opinion every altcoins would follow it.

Ethereum price has to do with adoption. It is affected by new and old ERC20 tokens and the amount of Ethereum invested in them. Lately we've seen too few investors and most of ICO's failing. Ethereum is a platform for the development of cryptocurrencies, but since 2018 there was no major project that used this platform. There used to be real big players as EOS, Tron, Vechain having their ICO and original token in the Ethereum network. Lately the biggest player that entered Ethereum was only Tether, which I guess is the reason to hold price still above $100.

Yes i also observe ETH prices not increase high in past two years, but we can't ignored ETH is second leading crypto currency, when its peak stage ETH hit 1000$ dollar mark, and this currency developers developed latest technology eth2.0, when this technology success in crypto market, then ETH prices increase and maybe cross their highest prices mark in future.

Every crypto currency habbit is up and down and i think ethereum coin is also one of them.but, i hope if bitcoin price again rise up then ethereum price will definitely grow up.
