Those who are posting useless information will not get banned right away but they are going to receive warning points from the moderators, maybe 1-2 warning points and if it reaches up to 6 warning points then it will be the time that they may get banned. Reading some other comments is a really good movie if you don't understand the topic because sometimes other members can give more explanation than the one who posted it.

Useful and helpful content attracts a positive reputation, if your topic is really good then other members won't hesitate for giving it a good reputation. If it is deserving for reputation then you will receive it.
