    You can add signature by going to your profile and setting it up, choose the parameters of your signature well cause even signatures that are not abiding by the rules can get you account deleted, so read the rules before creating.

    You can't post off topic in this forum, there is a special section for off topic related posts and that section doesn't pay, writing things that is not related to bitcoin in this section will not be good for you cause you will be issues a warning point and that could lead to account being banned.

    They are not posting cause they are not around, many old members account on this forum have not post anything in a long time and I think they got banned or most of their posts got deleted so they left. These are the reasons.

    Writing useful post that will be helpful for many members will get them to follow you, most members here are looking for people that has good knowledge on cryptocurrency to follow, so if you improve your knowledge about crypto many will follow.

    You quote a post because you want to add something on that post, quoting post is good cause you are extending the writers idea or you are trying to help he/she understand what they wrote better, I usually quote to express the writer thoughts in my own words.
