Yes Localbitcoins is the best and secure peer to peer exchange site to buy bitcoins at a good price though they don't allow the deposit of bitcoins into the account until when you complete identity verification that's the challenge I face otherwise the site is great.

Nowadays there's a lot of existing site which is offering to a great deal in some point but if they had want they want to you they will leave you and you will loose money. Example is in some site which is cloud mining site they will make you hype because the amount of crypto you can get to their site but before you can get your mining is you  need first to make a deposit to perform withdrawal. And it is a bait or a trap of scammer so be careful always to that before engaging on any cloud mining site make sure that it is legit.
