We need to know about the volatility of the coins so we can prepare for the worst thing that can happen in the future, and we can avoid becoming panic from the fluctuating of the price.

I already use this method when I withdrawl my bitcoin I divide two parts, one is litecoin and second is ETH, and I use two wallets for this process coinbase and my either wallet, I use coinbase for litecoin and ETH for my either wallet, because one wallet amount stolen but my second back up wallet save me

I disagree with the first paragraph but I agree with the second and third paragraph the reason is that is not advisable to distribute your money in many platform your money will be at risk.
