At this point in time. Bitcoin price has reached $23k and is looking very good on reaching $25k, hopefully the bull rub continues and the ATH before the end of 2020 will reach the $25k mark.

It is close to the end of the year and 25k is very close, $2500 wasn't looking possible ever but price did go close there. The reason is above all the increased demand from institutional investors and some companies that found themselves holding too much cash and didn't believe in their stock too much to buyback a lot. Some like Amazon did that but others were mostly believing in Bitcoin from their own capabilities.

I wouldn't expect it if I was to answer earlier but Bitcoin did it, and it is today at $22,000 with a new all time high yesterday at $24200 that makes it an amazing year that given 500% difference from the low to the high. No matter that, Bitcoin can drop, as it did 2k drop in just a few hours and it can rise again but the 25k was a good estimate given in this post.

Hoping that you bought Bitcoin as you have found the extreme ends of the chart for 2020 and when doing that it is best to see the options you have and try to trade them. Bitcoin went so low this year and while it stopped at $ 4000 it later appeared to have strength and went six times higher, up to $ 24000. These are incredible results for Bitcoin and it is now safe to say that next year probably will give some good rewards also.

From the two choices, the second one is almost about to happen and we are already very close to it. I don't think bitcoin will ever drop to $2500 in the future. Even in the early days of 2020, when economy was going through a massive shock, it didn't go lower than $3500. Thinking of $2500 is the most pessimistic way of predicting bitcoin price. With a little bit of supporting and resisting, $25.000 is achievable without any effort and it will happen much sooner than the next 12 months.
