That's panic selling and it's actually the opposite of fomo. Fomo is when you fear to get left behind before something rockets up and you end up market buying it on the bullrun.

I manage Fomo with stop lower limit that is the only thing that I can do to avoid this Fomo , in general oco feature make me better this days if I lost some okay or I will gain alot .

You can exit if the stop loss does not exceed 4% for me, but if the loss rate is greater then it is better not to sell and wait for the currency to rise again, it is much better than selling because of the panic

Watching prices all the time will make you panic if you are not patience enough. You can set time for watching prices maybe you can watch prices every after 30 mins, one hour, 3 hours or even after 5 minutes. Because crypto prices are going up and down every time for different percents.

If you want to earn huge money in trading, the first thing to do is buy low and then sell it high. If you can't take the risk of it which is wait until the price of that certain currency increased, you won't received huge money and you'll just lost your money.
