No exchange rate need for crypto to crypto transfer. If btc is 10k, when sent, unless the actual price, the recipient will receive 10k.

As easy as keeping a pen drive in your pockets.

Accessible anywhere in the world, with internet.

There are many points which you don't mention on your post. In the cryptocurrency we can make transaction anonymously. Also no one single person can cancel or even the transaction system. And it's more faster than fiat system..
