If he returns, like if somehow someone proves he is Satoshi he would have a really good reason to do so. Although I see no reason for this person to return and it is probably better this way. I think that the question should be why would he ever return? This would be more insteresting.

If genuine Satoshi Nakamoto will decide to come back then it will surely create a big fuss in crypto world. I cannot say that it will bring an advantage to crypto society or the opposite one will happen. 

 

If he will return there is a big chance that bitcoin will be regulated by any government where he come from and the update of bitcoin will occur especially the transaction fees,transaction speeds and other disadvantage of bitcoin will be fix by the creator.

First of all, he did not leave the crypto world. Unless of course there is Nakamoto. And if it does and he comes back nothing will happen. The bitcoin network has been launched and will continue to move according to its algorithm.

First of all, it is still not clear that mysterious creator of Bitcoin was a person or a group. If it is a person, comes to public with his verified claiming like he has created blockchain technology, I think he will be headlines in news otherwise Bitcoin network is already here he might also help to improve Bitcoin network.
