Yes lots of IEO or ICO is fail and fail again. Big exchanger like binance, p2pb2b, and yobit bring so many new IEO but at the starting few days these coins performing very well but few days after these coins fail.

Hello my dear friend. Well as per my experience most of the ICO projects are come out as scam of failed projects. I actually don't know the reason behind falling trend for ieo and ICO projects.

IEO is 20% better. iCO are failed

 They have failed us so much that they don't have to be trusted again.

That means if anyone exchange if reputed, safe to use and have a record of good history, their IEO will be safe. Which means IEO is still better than ICO because you are safe with exchanges than third party.

I'm pretty sure the number of failed projects is way higher than 60%, it should be more than 80%,, it means if you invest in 10 projects at the same time 2 of them only will make it, and the rest of them will lose a huge potion of their value in just a few days into listing on exchanges.

90% or more failed but some people are still lucky and profit from ICO and IEO but only few of them, many lose their money. ICO are not advisable again because most are now even scam. Some are easily pumped and later dump.
