I agree with you grammer and spelling really means a lot but their many other simple mistakes which had done by the beginners and that are following,

They do copy paste.

They don't follow the community rules and all these thing happens due to less guidance we all need to guid our beginners will so that next time they don't repeat the same mistake. And in this way the forum will grow well.

And most important thing they are posting useless things.

You are right bro @Kashif spelling mistake is the worst.If a member is doing spelling mistakes then it becomes very difficult for us to understand what actually he is saying in his post.I think it can be solved by using grammar improving software like Grammerly.
