 Well the suggestion for beginners are:

First of all, read all the pinned post in every section of the platform

Then if still have any doubt then use the search option of the platform, (most of the doubts of beginners have already asked by someone else) so search option will be helpful.

Follow the rules and accordingly post any post.

Don't give random ratings to anyone. And must create only one account. Because double account for same IP is 6 warning point crime.

Don't use useless words like 'thankyou for the post' , 'great idea's like that.

Choose post wisely and concentrate on creating quality post instead of increasing the number of post.

The beginners section is a very important section of the forum as it introduces new members and beginners in cryptocurrency to the forum and crypto sphere as a whole.

However, it has been a dumping site most members as we can see some senior members are burried in the section to complete 20 posts, turning into motivational speakers and hijacking the reputation leaderboard. It is actually the most messy section right now with useless topics and posts. I will say to prevent this to its minimum, some steps needs to be taken as it won't be advisable to be scrapped:

1. Just like the bounty section and the referral link section, it should be excluded from payments.
2. No motivation topics should be allowed there anymore. I think we have enough.
3. Introduction to mainstream cryptocurrency should be the main purpose.
4. I don't know if it is possible, but there should be a limited amount of posts per day for higher ranked members (maybe from Jr. Members)

Usually the beginners in crypto find"for beginners" section more useful. There are many posts that shouldn't be in beginners section. Those post should be removed. I can suggest a sub section for the beginners section. Which is the seniors should create a topic in that sub section that will help the beginners directly. And other section is for the beginners questions that are being recently posting more than before. And i think there should be a limitation for posting in for beginners saction. Cause recently the topic is creating more in that section comparing to others.And last there should be more rules to be pinned in "for beginners" section. Thats what i can give.

I suggest the following things.

1)Topics older than four or five months should be deleted to promote new topics.

2)Using signature in the beginner section should be stopped ,because that section is meant for the new members to learn about this forum not to see signatures.

3)Writing posts containing "Hi i am a new member " and other things related it should be prohibited.

4)Only those topics should be posted which contains no English grammar mistakes.

Let me suggest some rule for beginner section: 

1)  there should have no topic about crypto related news because we already have crypto world section.. 

2)  all the member must dont do more than 5 post daily in beginner section because it will help to active more others section like trading, mobile app,  jobs, coin/token section.. 

3)  usually in beginner section topic has many duplicate topic so i think it will be better if forum stuff make a system that if a topic get its answer already by members then the topic should be closed immediately...  Because i dont think in beginner section has any topic where need all member suggestions except help them by giving their question answers.. 

4)  if our forum stuff give any responsibility to any senior member to check daily topic and comment then it will be more good to avoid spam in beginner section as now a days occur lot of spamming in this section..

Every member needs to make posts which have more then 100 characters and the the post must be on the topic , if you think that member that member opinion is wrong or it have some knowledge then guote him . 

Due to the beginners section you need to make post in simple language that every new members learn very easily .

I have just one suggestion/rule.

That all topics must to have tag "Ask" or "Learn".

For "Ask" member which create topic must to write as simple a question as possible and after that to write his explanation why ask that question or simple to explain what dont understand,

and for "Learn" that members which create "Learn" topic to explain some basic things in crypto world or for this forum (like tutorial) for example "How to back up Blockchain wallet" or "How to use signature space" and tag "Learn" but again must to be simple that beginners can understand easier.

 

That is it, I think that this will simplify things in "For Beginners" section.

Yes I have some of the suggestions for the beginners:

1. Before responding to any of the post first you should study about the post.

2. Try never to copy response of others. Always try to express your own opinion.

3. As a beginner first you have to gather knowledge is from the senior members then try to make posts and articles.

4. Always go for the quality content not for quantity.

5. The main is always follow the guidelines is provided by the crypto talk.

6. try to avoid words like `thank you’ `great work’ `good morning’

7. If you have any doubt start a new topic such that the senior member can help you in their response.

8. Always try to respond in related with the topic of the article otherwise you will get Warning  points or ban.

9. Never copy and paste in the reply box as it’s against the guidelines says of crypto talk.

10. Use different sources together knowledges and then try to reply in articles.

The main rule of beginner sections are written below .

First of all all new members should read the forum rules.

2. Start posting on beginner section their is chance that you make any mistake .

3. Your post must contain 100 characters (special character ,blanks and full stop counted ) in posts .

4. And after gaining the basic information you can make posts in other sections but be careful about mistakes .

5. Before making topic double check it through search box might help you .

And make good and helping content will help you get repatataion and earnings .

I suggest to add short Tour of the rules of the forums for newbies at first time visiting Beginer Section. It could be based on Gif or small video where all rules are explained in interactive way. ( Most of the members are referred by YouTubers, where they say you can earn $$ posting in Cryptotalk that's why People jump to make topic without understanding concepts).

Or every time a user visit Beginers section a small Pop-Up appears showing one rule. And it changes everytime randomly.

 

And talking about the rules for posting there. Following should be rules:

  1)At first make sure you have read general   Rules and Payment information of the forum.

  2)Post must contain more than 100   characters and should be relevant to the     topic.

  3)Before making topic, Please use the   search feature to avoid duplicate content.

  4)Plagarism is strictly prohibited, Don't copy   paste other contents.

  5)Don't Panic and create post with negative   criticism for general issue. Like" talk token   send to wallet button not working?", "Does     Cryptotalk Pay?", "How much we earn?"

  6)Give Reputation on the basis of quality of     post.

  7) Content must be somehow related to     Crypto Field.

You are a beginner and your goal is to get/give the most valuable information you could so in order to do that follow these rules : 

 

When to give information :  

 

• dont spam , make sure that you information are true and useful ,always  focus on the quality of the information not the quantity .
• dont copie/coller ever , by this way you will get ban sooner or later so make sure to chose your own words in your topics / posts. 
• dont waste your time and effort by writing thank you and posts with less than 100 character because you will get a negative rating and your post will got deleted eventually .
• before writing any useful  topic make sure that the topic and information you are offering is not already in the forum so there wont be a duplicate .
• dont look for reputation , make it come to you by writing only high quality posts .

 

when asking about information :

 

• avoid words like thank you , good project because its useless and you will get a negative rating , always make sure that your post contain valuable information .
• before asking about any problem or anything please do a small research in the forum about your problem , we are tired of answering the same question/ solving the same problem over and over and this will make the forum slower and messy .
• before you start sharing in the forum make sure to follow the general rules and also section rules , you dont want to get warning points that will lead you to a ban a the end . 
• respect other member's opinion always , dont attack any one and be respectful always .

I don't want to increase the length of rules with the polished points because general rules are already mentioned in this topic.So for the Beginners section, I suggest the following rules! 

• This section aims to solve all beginner's problems in the crypto sphere so be descriptive while creating a topic. Too generic topics or posts will be immediately removed or moved to the Off-topic section.
• Copy-paste is fully forbidden.
• You are not allowed to use copyrighted materials(Photos, screenshots, and graphics) without revealing the source.
• Duplicate posts will be removed so use the search feature before creating the post
• Don't summon someone (Forum staffs are the exception and can be mentioned in the essential cases) by mentioning the username in your topics for example, "Dear @Ryan what are your thoughts on my topic?"
• It is forbidden to use animated gif files, pornographic materials, crypto wallet address, malicious links, and files in your posts.
• Intentional post bump with multiple replies in a row without helping the conversation is strictly prohibited.
• Posts with unwanted appreciation messages, begging for money, and investment advice will be immediately removed.
• Member rank starting from "Full Member" can only create a max of 5 replies in a day in this section.

 

P.S.The last rule can be controversial but I added this point after noticing common behaviors of the average forum members--they are revolving top two sections to answer simple questions from the beginners so that rest of the sections are appeared as less crowded where we expect more mainstream crypto-related discussions.

Base on my own point of view...

Apart from GENERAL OR EXISTING RULES AND REGULATIONS,

The set of rules to govern beginners only are as follows:

 

a. New Beginners should be subjected to postings for 5 consecutive days before to finish 100 free mandatory post (10 post per day).

b. It shall be compulsory on any newbie who had finished the 100 mandatory post as prescribed by rule (1) to embark on automatic TEST precisely on forum General Rules and Regulations before to start receiving reward for the posting.

c. A beginner who writes 3 similar topics that has already been created should be ban even without serving him/her warning.

d. Vogue words like (Hello, Hi, thank you, I'm newbies help me, what should I do as newbie, How will I earn BTC and others ) is by any reason prohibited.

e. Time intervals for posting in Beginners Section shall be different from the rest sections e.g (10min duration before to submit another new post)

f. A Beginner post shall only be accepted and paid in Beginners Section until moderators are satisfied with his/her level of compliance, experience before to start posting on other available sections.
