Is my personal information protected while using cryptocurrency?

Recommended Posts

I think the safety of our personal information depends on the wallet that we use. There are offline wallets, they store every of our details offline, but am not sure if our information are safe in all online wallets.

Yes, it is! Cryptocurrencies don’t save any personal data about the owners of electronic wallets. Attack-proof encryption crypto algorithms are used by the system that excludes the threat of access to electronic wallets by third parties as well as forgery of electronic accounts. Bitcoin and other currencies are strongly protected and completely anonymous. Yobit.net doesn’t pass and doesn’t distribute any information about the users of the service in any way.

You have some anonymity with cryptocurrencies when you buy in exchanges that do not ask for your data with the KYC system, as is the case with yobit, but some exchanges that ask for your information can provide your information or be hacked and thus they will be able to access the information of the users of this type of exchange, so it is highly recommended to use yobit or a similar exchange that does not ask for your data if you do not want your privacy to be compromised

Well we all know that cryptocurrencies is anonymous which is we don't give out our personal information when transacting, but in the recent times most exchanges requires KYC which carries alot about our personal profile, so for we to be on a safer side we should know the exchanges or sites which we give out our personal information to .

speaking of the cryptocurrencies themselves, your information is secure since none of them collects your information, but where you deposit them, maybe if for example there are some exchanges that ask for your personal information, it is usually called KYC, everything that connects The internet has the ability to collect your information so research the page or application / program you use.

If you use reliable, honest and popular platforms for everyone, your personal information will be safe, because there are many platforms that enjoy high credibility, but despite this, many people refuse to give any personal information about them.

There are great risks and a big debate about this. You here do not know what you will fear whether they are interfering in your accounts or that your information will be sold through those currencies. Cryptocurrencies are protected currencies, here it depends on the platform you are working on, is it safe or whether there is no trust in it. Do not expose your information to where it is because you do not know how you might be hacked.

well then the only thing you can do is be careful where you upload your identity and who will be handling it, because even a big exchange like binance was hacked and they lost thousands of people's identities.

I believe that protecting users 'personal information is one of the most important advantages of cryptocurrencies, as this information remains anonymous and it is not possible to know anything about you, and also your wallet address cannot be tracked despite hackers' attempts to penetrate crypto accounts.

This is up to you that which forum you use and give your information. Now mostly exchanges have KYC verification and we see that hackers attack exchanges and stole our data. So be careful while selecting any crypto exchange, any crypto wallet.

You will maintain your privacy and your identity will be safe in the event that you use decentralized wallets and not those that ask for your identity, then your identity and your personal information will not be safe.

First you have to understand what digital currencies are, who told you this nonsense, there is still a record on the exchanges on your transactions, if you do not use vpn, simply have it registered with them that you bought or sold, so do not say any nonsense.

Yes, I completely agree with you! Because the cryptocurrency is anonymous, and we don't know for sure if anyone can follow us at all? After all, all transactions are performed in such a way that no one else knows about them, and therefore, this is completely trustworthy. Also speaking about hacking, this is quite a complex phenomenon, because cryptocurrency passes through thousands of addresses, and this causes difficulties!

Yes, my friend, personal information must be protected and very confidential to prevent penetration and theft, we get into trouble, we lose capital, and our work is wasted.

That's one of the advantage on the cryptocurrency why a lot of clients uses cryptocurrency for transfering of payment to the sellers because your sensitivity details will not require or disclose on this site. They will cover all your confidential information and usually in this some of the users didn't use credit card or cash instead they use coins for more securing. in crypto there's no many third party involved like brokerages in business matters its usually between the consumers and sellers only.

This is a good thing to know and be shared. It is the good thing about cryptocurrencies and their decentralized nature which makes them more secure than actual stocks. However, we should also not forget to be weary and careful at all times to prevent identity theft on unsuspecting people from unsuspecting websites.

I think that it is protected. You do not save any personal information about the owners of electronic wallets, but it is necessary to choose the best and most secure wallets, and blackchain is more protected than others.
