Scam projects is it intentional?

Probably most of them are intentional. People are giving their best just to fulfill a project but then it suddenly disappear. If it was not intentional, they should atleast leave a reason as to why it failed.

The scam project is already launched when the creators of the project know that there will be a scam. This is elementary. Many scams close due to very high profits and thereby show themselves.

Scam project is classic problem only developer know the truth. Predict scam project also difficult, until now there's specific method to detect it. If developer has good responsibility they will give users announcement and give the investor money back, if not that is criminal.

Both cases can happen but scam projects are mostly intentional. They even analyze the market and design a scamming plan to steal more money from people. They have a team that think about ways of attracting people's investment and they wait until most people invest in their projects and then suddenly get away with people's money.

In my opinion it was intentional from the start, they made projects that seemed to have high potential. For legit projects that fail in the middle, usually the dev project will not run away and return investors' money CMIIW 😅

With the great advertisement and look like real project. They will starting to run away soon. Most scam is just because technical problem or not reach their target, but bad developer doing that for cheating you and that intentional. We can find the truth is but avoid scam project is more important, do analysis first before join. Don't take their ICO/ IEO/ STO, just follow how good the progress, if good join if not leave it.

I would day that some just start with the idea of creating a coin that will be a scam from the beginning. They make an ICO promoting an coin, and many new investors buy the coin and after raining some money suddenly go away and vanish. Others instead try to be honest to cteate new project but fail due to many scams. Investors believe it's a scam and selloff hard and make price go to zero.

I think not all scams of crypto projects are really scammers or some plan may indeed be a failed and miscalculated project because it is rather difficult to predict the price of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency so choose a coin project based on the support of large industries in their fields

Most of investment projects are intentionally scam becouse they only want yo cheat investors.but some are not they just become scam becouse of other members who are doing multiple accounts

Well both, some of the projects they intention to scam people and some they just failed because of lack of marketing or maybe investors don't like the projects. If you are newbie and want to invest in money I suggest don't invest in ICOs better to invest in cryptos.
