I think the fall of the price in the last weeks is because the price of bitcoin lost its strength after reaching around $13k in late june. It's obvious all the people that bought cheap around $3k $4k $5k and $6k had to take profits during the mini bull run this year, so it's now correcting and trying to find a support to consolidate in.

 

Due to the upcoming worldwide economic crisis, the eventual weakening of the fiat currencies ( us dollar, euro, yen, sterling pound, etc) and the decentralized and deflationary nature of bitcoin, and also the halvening that is going to take place around may, we might see a surge in prices in the following months, maybe not before may but for sure in the coming months and years. Bitcoin without any doubt will reach and surpass the $20k all time high from december 2017 and reach new all time highs. I can see BTC getting to $50k and/or $100k and even higher in the next 5 to 10 years. We will see.

I think you missed to add that the Bitcoin market presently is driven by speculators and all that matters to them is profit making.

Secondly, Bakkt and CME's cash-settled Bitcoin Futures expiration affects the market negatively.

I think the price reduction of bitcoin is a normal phenomenon, it is a very normal adjustment. but obviously it's the holiday season. many people would sell out for celebrations.

I don't think it has a big effect, because one party hasn't affected the market yet. For example there is a problem in China, I think it hasn't affected because the Bitcoin market is decentralized and the whole world will be related to the market, not just one.

These are some valid points for drop price of BTC but there are more factors also who are making drop of price like False rumors ,Misunderstanding  about BTC ,Ban of countries and Merchants high fees.They are effecting BTC price drop.if i am wrong kindly correct me.

Yes your reasons are right. I think It's try to get this done before you buy it for sell in market but the bircoin rise on the top pump. In the market sometime we get some fake news it cause bitcoin drop. Also some hackers stole money from exchangers. And the the other thing is that many whales manipulate the market.
