Fixed currencies do not cause much loss in terms of investment they are limited to one place Profits cannot be made However stablecoins are much better. But the rise in the price of these currencies will depend on Bitcoin If the price of Bitcoin goes up it will go up a lot.

Another reason why the government hate most cryptocurrencies is Because of their volatile price , so government might become interested in stable coins because there is no risk of price going down, but I think  investors has no much interest in stable coin because it isn't profitable enough compared to other cryptocurrencies with volatile prices.

I am not interested in stablecoins, they are not tradable and unprofitable coins, the advantages may be more precisely for transactions between countries. There is a lot of talk for central bank cryptocurrencies but this is something totally different to our cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and ethereum, they are more centralized and will be more like tether which is not a stablecoin any country will allow.

It is possible that the central bank issued digital coins will boost the economies. We see some of the examples and testing happening in China and another country in the Caribbean, Bermuda. These are the first testing and the results will be clear in a year or two.

I understand from this that you mean, a financial system that is based on money printing can not sustain itself and the result is increased inflation and higher cost of imports. Yes this is correct and it also creates a dynamic for exports as it decreases the cost of the national products and increases exportations too.

Ok it seems you are using some translator but anyway, these are important features, but governments would not want anonymous or private stable coins and they would not want even more decentralized currencies. So they will create their digital currencies in a way they are private but not to them, and centralized. There will not be a public ledger but a secret one only banks can access.
