Based on the info that I got to the moderator the time of the forum is base on Russian time. But I think this is not really important because you got only limits on your first day of the creation of your account.

It probably has to do with server time. Online timers are always based on where the server is located and not in your timezone. If anyone knows I'd like an answer on which timezone is cryptotalk server located.

I think that the timing of the forum is change according to the server time of the singapore. In my country the timing change at the 9pm. So i use this forum before the change of server time. If i coment the posts after that time than my posts are counted in the next day

Yes right it Russian forum and the time zones it's GMT plus 3 we need to take that in fact , but we need to modify that with our time zone like other website or forum

That kind of problem i have also faced i posted  30 posts but my 4 posts were deleted and 7 posts were paid on other day.After that my 7 post were count on other day paymemt.I was confused about it.I think their payment cycle is changed.
