Relationship Between Volume and Price

In a currency you can have a high volume of trading but the market price is low in relation to bitcoin which makes each person buy a bigger amount of coins with for example $100, so the volume would last less than a more expensive currency

Unfortunetly yes it can be that, you may have high volume, sometimes this method can't help you. Of course, when the market is very down.

Understanding the relationship between volume and prices, i have seen first time this type of question. That is very informative post. All i understand from that it is related to some technical analysis term which should not be ignored and it could be very helpful to analysis a price of a coin.

Volume of coin = quantity of coin × price of coin. So if the price rises then volume also rises. And if volume is low it means price is also low. Sometime if supply suddenly rises then volume increased without increasing price.

In my own opinion,volume is the amount of traders wanting that coin,but its not always increase the price everytime volume is high. Price of crypto still depends on how much a trader sell their coin,so even too many trader are on that coin if those trader sell thhe coin at low price chances are price will still be low also.

Well volume represents the amount of crypto on how many it is in total, well the price can change by time to time and volume is not affected by it.

in traditional trading they say that prices are being confirmed by volume. That said, in some cases this doesn't occur. We currently see increasing prices but volumes are still a bit behind.

The volume determines the demand of people for it. I am not sure if sells are contributing to the volume, but I guess it does, that is why we have a high volume and low price, that is also applied to all of what you have mentioned. Volume and price of a coin is not directly proportion. It will be dependent on the buyers and the sellers.

sometimes a high volume indicates that the coin is very necessary. if it's a decentralized coin, then it will most likely have an effect on price. Well, logically like that. however, in many cases when the volume is high, the coin price will remain stable or fall, this is most likely to be manipulated.

The relationship between size and price is a big difference because size is the number of market participants in that cryptocurrency and the price is the price of that currency in a market and that for every currency the volume of trading and its own price this is the difference between them in relation to me

It is not much big different, because the more thew volume the more the price, sometimes the supply also controls the price, but they are all related.
