Do you use one or more Bitcoin addresses?

It was said previously that addresses shouldn't be reused but with the creation of analytic software it doesn't matter as all addresses used or not can easily be linked together. If I ever make many Bitcoins I will use a mixer to hide the identity and send to many wallets but right now I don't care a lot.

 I think members like us has not much btc to store or do transaction which can lead me someone to track us but its a good idea that we shouldnt use same btc address every time..  For this reason i use trust wallet and coinbase exchange site wallet and use btc address different time accoding to me needs..

I think its very important to always change your BTC address. I dont always change my addy on every transaction, maybe I should. But, I do change the addy from time to time. I use Exodus wallet, its very easy in Exodus to change to a new BTC address.

I am using bitcoin not long ago, but I have used more than 10 addresses because I have made more than 10 transactions. I do not man use of the same address two times because I was too it is dangerous, and for privacy to be, we need to change address often.

Thanks I did not know a lot about it but if you say it's best to generate new addresses then probably there is a good reason, although I don't have a big amount and anyone trying anything will find himself wasting his time for almost nothing. I agree though that we need to have strong security and I like privacy too so it can be a good way to make things more difficult.

I haven't looked into this a lot but I think this post is right and contains good advice. It will be a pain to control many wallets so probably it will need to have a good system to have the private keys stored as it won't be just one private key anymore.

You made me think with what you said and it will be better to have different addresses perhaps even more than one, but this when we have many bitcoins. I have only a portion of a Bitcoin and not even too much to be afraid of losing but I'd like to keep everything secure and outside of finding from anyone. so you could be right here.

You are right but changing address it won't change the fact that the addresses are connected and your transactions are recorded permanently so even if you change addresses everyday this won' matter for an analyst, but only make it harder for an amateur researcher to spot all the differences.

Sure I'm using so many bitcoin addresses because it is very safely to do that, because if you'll be only using one address it would be easy for you to be tracked by hackers.

I always use the new address to take Bitcoin.  Because no one will be able to track me easily.  However, I do not trade Bitcoin in any public place. As a result, no scammer can track me.  But if you keep your wallet safe, you won't be so scared.

Thank you for giving us such good knowledge. I think you are right, we must use several bitcoin addresses so that the assets we have are not only one and vulnerable to being tracked and if a hack occurs we can lose all the bitcoins in one address. But using multiple addresses must also be careful if we have many keys, it will confuse us.

Yes you are right, using multiple Bitcoin addresses increases the protection of our privacy, but I wonder what if someone knows my Bitcoin address, what is the problem with that? Bitcoin network is impenetrable and cannot penetrate my wallet by knowing the address

I use 2 wallets to store cryptocurrencies in general, a Wallet where I made deposits for future investment and another where I keep the profits (Ledger nano) since hot wallets are not to my liking, although I have seen cases of people who use up to 5 wallets with different directions

Using multiple Bitcoin addresses is good because we could not be found and if we were hacked our Bitcoins would not all be lost. But using multiple Bitcoin addresses can also confuse us. Long Bitcoin addresses confuse us. In this case I always delete Bitcoin addresses that are no longer in use so as not to get confused.

@Oki like if I use one address for one transaction and change it for while performing another transaction, this is for the safety if my balance, you are right. For example if I use a single address for all my transactions, my wallet total balance can be tracked easily on the blockchain explorer which is not possible if I use one address and change it anytime I want to make another transaction which will make only the address to be tracked and not all.

I use different Bitcoin address. I never share Bitcoin address from my main hardware wallet because I do not let anyone to track my wallet balance which will help me to be even more secured from scammers. There are already some software wallets like Trust, Atomic, Electrum, etc. to generate Bitcoin wallet addresses for different purposes.

That's right, well-known Bitcoin wallets like Electrium or Blockchain Walt give you a new address after each conversion in order to further maintain your privacy, this is much better of course because it makes tracking your Bitcoin very difficult.

I would say that every time you make a payment you are advised to use a new bitcoin address.  Also, you can use multiple wallets for different purposes.  So the transactions that you do cannot be connected at the same time.  People who send you money won't see your other bitcoin accounts and what to do with them.  This is a suggestion that you should always keep in mind. I have multiple btc addresses because I use multiple wallets. Coinbase, blockchain, trustwallet, binance. That's why I have lots of btc addresses. The only problem for me is to combine it all.
