  1. I have seen this kind of sections in bounty campaigns about writing articles about the projects and giving a short or long explanation of them. But the demands usually are too much, the bounty managers ask for likes and views that only just a few authors with many followers will achieve. Then again, if an article doesn't have many views it won't do an impact in advertising the project. It will probably need medium account or some other platforms that I have never used.
  2. So the taxes from Coinbase are only about the exchange. And this I think is only for americans, or am I wrong? Perhaps the taxes will change and be for all, but I am glad that the wallet is not going to increase taxation.

    Wallet Privacy

I have read a lot about paper wallets, this is possibly the most safe way to keep holding our crypto investment. I was very positive on hardware wallets too, but there are problems as Ledger for example asks for KYC with very strict rules and all this information was leaked, with a result scammers trying to extort the Ledger crypto owners with emails. What was leaked was except names, phone numbers and even addresses.
  4. This is funny to explain, but as beginners many members may find this difficult. I was wondering about everything too but everything was more clear after finding some good replies that explained it. When we are beginners in a website, or in anything we are feeling lost and the simplest thing is very difficult to find.
  5. Thanks so much for giving these, I am shocked with the number of fake exchanges and scams in the onlin world. There is little done to persecute these scammers and they are running wild in the crypto market with their pathetic schemes. I have to thank Cryptotalk and the members here for giving so much good advice on avoiding scams and I really think that all these posts have helped me grow wary of the scammers and how to increase my online security.
  6. Is this happening? I had no idea that a second comment to the same post will not count. I am not doing that very often and haven't tested this either, but are you sure about that? Can this somehow be proven and what will be the way to find if it doesn't count for the campaign?
  7. I thought Trust wallet never had any problem and I am sorry this happened to someone, but it is possible there was another reason. I have read about Trust wallet a lot and there was never an issue with this wallet. My advice is to take steps to increase the security of your computer or mobile, whichever you are using.
  8. The European Union has wealth and produces wealth but not for all the population. It creates huge discrepancies between the poor and the wealthy in all countries, and also creates poverty for countries that have differences on how economies were run for decades. It is known there is a huge laundering scheme running in Europe, with one country in the front and the banks running it. Laundering in the EU is huge, we are talking about trillions of euro and 99.999999% of this money is laundered by the banks. The rest is cash and almost nothing with the use of cryptocurrencies. Lagarde is lying once again and the reason is fear of exposure of the giant system of wealth exclussion for almost every citizen of Europe.
  9. If the trend continues a few satoshi only will be one dollar. Perhaps 100 satoshi, so we should keep trying to increase our Bitcoin beause the trend in this dollar sign above is obvious. The currencies we use are having high inflation and going to be worth lower, while Bitcoin will be higher. I'm bullish on the long term on the best performing asset of the previous decade and hope it will also be the same for this decade. 2020-2030 will be the decade when Bitcoin will become established.
  10. You are trading how can this be safe. You have to learn so much and the risk is always out there. There is risk and dangers too, as in crypto we see many scammers that will also be another factor to remember, and exchanges that may be hacked is another reason. These are not even about the volatility of the prices which in cryptocurrencies is extreme.
  11. I will just give advice to all beginners because this one probably quit the forum. My advice is not to give up Cryptotalk, I hope that everyone even some members that were not having exactly positive attitude, they will have a change of heart and will come back. The forum is still very young and will have a lot to offer in the crypto world. Most of us may be beginners but we are fast learners and we can help the forum and help ourselves together.
  12. You will have to read posts from older members and you will understand what is required and how posting is, if you just don't know or don't understand it, then better keep reading until you do. You don't want to waste your chances and start receiving warnings for writing useless posts.
  13. As we keep being in the forum we learn more and eventually we make it to an advanced level. With information around the internet we validate what we learn and we can give some really good posts on our own. When I joined I was hoping to learn the basics but it wasn't hard to find more than that in this forum.
  14. The financial system is changing all the time, but there are some problems with many that are loyal fans of Bitcoin. They change minds often and support different narratives that change constantly confusing investors and making it look they are just trying to push the price higher with needless fomo. There is a network of speculators and they will sell all the Bitcoin at a certain price. They deceive investors with their ways.
  15. I like this and support any donations especially those with Bitcoin, because this will give Bitcoin a chance to prove it can be used for more than only speculation. It is a universal currency that should be used to help with problems of those that were weakened by problems that nobody would want to have.
  16. You just had to wait for another year, the bull run is now in full effect and we see the real effect it has in the prices as there is a heavy purchace from buyers at institutions that see in Bitcoin a lot potential. I am one of the latest newcomers in Bitcoin and I was lucky the bull run started right when I joined.
  17. They are not similar, there are big differences. XRP is what Ripple decides, they hold the coins and have central validators that can also block funds in wallets. Nothing compares to Bitcoin in these terms, XRP is very centralized and it can be even stopped from running if the SEC decides that.
  18. You have only two tokens in the given address, which is as shown in etherscan. Your problem is that you have very low ethereum to move anything out of that wallet. Just 0.06 won't be moving anything right now. I don't know how much will be required to move your tokens, so try having in your wallet $5 or even $10 as fees can rise a lot.
  19. I have read so much about XRP and I never believed in this coin. I don't like it and I have only traded once when bought for the airdrop of the sparkle coin. I sold after that and it was luck that I didn't hold as many were saying, when news came that a lawsuit was in effect against Ripple.
  20. The banks won't have a problem if the money changes to cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin was option to not have a bank between us but this changes because habits of people don't change easily. Most of the investors don't even own a wallet and are using big Exchanges as that. Also are using Paypal wallets, or the Grayscale investors are not even holding Bitcoin but some trust shares. So banks will still be in the game as this is cut for them, if they want they would adopt cryptocurrencies.
  21. This is a good idea for a coin. Maybe it will grow and take over the entertainment sector, I like this idea. I haven't looked if there is another coin by that name already but it seems this will be very good idea. However you will need a lot more to think about about your plans with this coin. And first of all you will have to create it.
  22. Bitcoin will have a great future at least for the ten next years I think that Bitcoin will be always in the news and everyone will have to deal using Bitcoin one day. It will be a must have asset, and even for some satoshi it will be something rare to own. The price rise means that it is seen today as a very valuable asset that will have a great future, it means a lot that institutions are buying and this effect will be obvious for a while.
  23. I find Elon Musk a very interesting character that probably is trying to understand what is going on with cryptocurrencies and sometimes using Doge memes which is very funny, and something I enjoy reading about. I also think that these three coins that caught the attention of Musk are good investments, however we should always invest after having done analysis and not just because of tweets of someone popular.
  24. There was a sudden and very big fall of cryptocurrencies but then again it was trading and it recovered as too many are buying for the time being any possible dip in Bitcoin. This was not the end, probably, and I still hope that there will be soon a movement that will validate what I see in the chart.
  25. Thanks for the suggestion but I don't know if I have found any of the blogs that are giving us learning opportunities for crypto. I will do some search but I was hoping to find some links in this post. If you have something in mind please supply, even in a quote to my post, I will be grateful. I use Google to search for terminology and information when I read about something interesting. This way I expand my knowledge but I still don't think I have read something in blog platforms.
