Yes that's one of the reason for you to be safe here in the forum. But the safest thing to do is to follow the rules and regulations. Always check your comment before submitting at 2 to 3 times to spot if there is wrong with the words you use.

One account, 1 ip address. That is the rule to not get banned for having a multiple accounts. That is why be careful on using wifi outdoor, you don't know if someone using Cryptotalk too on that area. Because when you use wifi, you have same IP address with those who connected to that internet.

There's no problem with that. Changing mobile network is fine as long as in that devise or data you are using is you're the only one doing Cryptotalk. Because if someone used the same internet (such as wifi) as you, you and others have the same ip address and you both get banned for using many accounts. So I suggest to use only one internet for you or to be safe in using other internet, we don't know. Might have some other users there.
