@el-Muhammady what you have said all the point is important my Friend.. But you know mostly member dont follow a basic a rule of posting that they need to contains 100 character in their every post..this is one kind of spamming.. So without any kind we must take action to those member because in future they will make more spam here.. Again if we members have no idea about any topic then we must search About it in online because if we write Down wrong information then the authorities can give you warning point.

All the recommendations are fine, but I think that something should be added regarding the responsibility we have as users to keep the forum free of spam, not just scammers, with this wave of newbies in which I include myself, many only break rules, and  they do not care about the damage they cause.
