usually when bitcoin drops all coin drop with him and i think you see just a few of them green and not all while the price of bitcoin was dropping, since there are also some exceptions.

in general all altcoins follow what bitcoin does

I think the cause is always Bitcoin, all cryptocurrency and token or altcoin following Bitcoin so usually when Bitcoin price drop all others coins prices drops, so Bitcoin still the guide of any coin, all depend about it.

Certainly not all altcoins and Bitcoin left behind! Sometimes a number of altcoins can turn green while Bitcoin stays red as a result of strong fundamentals news around those altcoins or whales ruffling the waters to make some big catch, but eventually they'll all line up behind Bitcoin.

I think altcoins known as token in the market. Altcoin and bitcoin are opposite sites. Both them are against on their price. If one go down another will rise up. But sometime we can see some abnormal situation. when bitcoin in stable mode some alts pump up.

We saw maximum time when bitcoin price badly down then alt coin price also down. But sometimes when bitcoin price goes to down with red candle then alt coin price ups with green candle. It’s happened when bitcoin dominations ratio goes to down.

Many times this happen in crypto world because as correction happen in bitcoin and rate gone down so other altcoins go in green and this is good signal as you can take advantage of this and keep eye on market take profit as you can but invest which you can afford to lost because sometime this is very risky for this all must keep eye on market which is very important.

This is happening even now in 2020 march, altcoins are green but bitcoin is red and i dont know when it will become green again. I think many traders are now trading in altcoins because they dont have big loss like bitcoin when its prices will go down and thats why they still green.

Not all of them. there's alot of tokens and coin lost there value like btc in the last days. but in the other hand there's green because the dominance of bitcoin that is the cause of that increase in some cryptocurrencies price.

Because Bitcoin's price is very unstable, this means it could go up and down every second! Red means it has gone down in price, but that doesn't mean that Altcoins must go down at the same time. That's why you see red and green because they don't have to happen at the same time.

It shows more trading are going on in altcoin rather than bitcoin. More people are converting their bitcoin to other coin because of the value depreciate of the bitcoin. This majorly has been what have been affecting bitcoin and making the value depreciating the more.

It can't be happen but when Bitcoin raise a little bit all Altcoins will raise alot but the falling means more dumping in Altcoins.
