The price of altcoin depend on btc but they are not totally depend on it. some times the price go high or down but like as btc all altcoin has bright future I think.

We can not really tell if altcoin's bullish moment is coming because we can not really know or predict what is going to happen in the mark in the future. Well I am hoping for ripple's time of rising to come because that's the only altcoin I am currently using.

We call it stuck market, this is condition when market make many sideways without correction and significant movement in long term period. In this situation people will switch all crypto asset into another financial instrument for safety. I wouldn't opine altcoin will die with bitcoin going bearish. There are some very useful altcoins, which includes xrp, eth, ltc etc. However, it must be said, a lot of altcoins will die. Almost everything after the top 100 will go extinct in near future.

the wait is almost over the alts season is going to start soon in first quarter of this year, january almost over and in february and march we can see alt season.

Well, altcoin always depends on the value of bitcoin. So I think that if bitcoin will rise, altcoin will also rise. They will also pump their value, following bitcoin's price. If bitcoin will be dumped, altcoins will also be dumped.

Yes you are right ..decreasing of bitcoin domination and  increasing of marketcap domination will result in the altcoin session  and hence alt coin is depends on the bitcoin stabilization
