Exactly that's how you can realize before entering a topic that you already answered to the topic and that can save time more for you, and as mentioned you are able to answer to other members posts by quoting them if you already posted in one topic.

You can check if you already make a comment on a specific posts, on the left corner of each posts there is a message sign and when that sign changes to black that means you already commented on that post.

There is no need to worry if you ever replied on the same topic the only thing that will take place is that you will not be paid for the second reply which you have posted. You can also press on the next unread topic so that you do not go to the read topic again.

I think that if you think that you have a second point on that same topic, you can best use the quote feature as to still emphasise on that topic talking point,as the best way which I think can go,when having to to comment on a post two times

There is a feature to know the topics in which you have commented earlier as the marked and unmarked topics so we should take care of it but if in mistake anyone comment in the same topic then i thin forum or moderators will delete your second comments from the topic.

There is no excuse for that. There is a feature on the forum to know if you have already posted in a topic. The message sign in front the topic is filled black if have posted in it and empty if you haven't, so commenting on a topic because you think you haven't before is not a genuine excuse.

you don't get a warning or a ban if you reply on the same topic while in an argument with other people, but if you reply for the same person twice you will get a warning for spam

You are right, it can even make a topic more meaningful, there are instance to reply more than one time in topics especially if you are the topic starter.

You can confirm if you have already responded to the topic in the past through the sign at the beginning of each topic and it indicates your status in the topic

I don’t think that an unwanted procedure will be taken with you first, that the post will not count for you, I mean that you will be paid. I don’t think that because one post is counted for you, or your comment on the topic will be erased. This is what I mean when you get given a warning, I don’t know about that. Making this type of mistake can really put your account in risk because if the moderators finds out they may not think that is a mistake instead they will consider it a s spamming because the forum has provided us with the fearture which help us identify the topics which we have already responded and the ones which we have not, so you have to be careful with that to avoid getting ban.

we cannot duplicate the posts of the same topic, we must be careful and see in our history which posts we have made,there are many topics that we can use to make our posts and not be wrong with repeating from the same topic.

I have read the forum rules and found that it is not possible to respond to the same topic twice in a row before 20 hours have passed or if they have a response interval from one of the other members, yes you should pay attention to this matter in order not to get a warning point.

Yeah this happens a lot of time with me i always made mistake and thats how my post got deleted . So better watch the comments icons in infront of which post you are going to comment you will find some difference just like white and black comments icons white means you have already commented on that post and black means you can post there

well for this reason i always prefer to take a look at comments if my name is there before writing anything even if there are a lot , for me i won't take the risk and get a ban because of such thing

No I don't think our second post ignored and not receive payment, because I notice few members post twice but then also forum paid those two reaction, if we post two different content reaction I think its valid, but I don't recommend react two times in single topic, better check proper then give reaction in any topic.
