Which Strategy Is The Best?

If you feel lost in all these stuff like trading, hodling, altcoins, leverage etc… Here is what I do.

If I had to describe what I do with one word, it would be ;

“HODL”.

That’s right I hodl. I do it for years and I made fat bucks just by doing nothing.

I don’t trade, I don’t make leveraged trades neither. From time to time, I play with altcoins but I usually end up with going back to the original, bitcoin.

The majority of my holdings are in bitcoin. I hodl some small coins like Litecoin, Monero too but not as many as Bitcoins.

Why do I do that?

1. The longer you play, the higher chances to lose. Trading is not much different than playing in a casino. I’ve seen guys who made super profits from trading but I am not those guys. I like the passive income more. You really don’t have to do anything other than sitting tight. You can enjoy your time while doing some other stuff like playing guitar or exploring outside. Sitting in front of a screen every day is not healthy.
2. Why not altcoins? There are hundreds of thousands of them and solid ones like Litecoin or Monero are already big enough. They won’t be giving you more profits than Bitcoin. They may actually but it won’t make much of a difference. Unless you have super sharp eyes or insider information about a coin which is going to get pumped, you are better of staying away from alts. People made a lot more just buy holding eth or ripple during the 2017 boom but that times is over. Those coins are already big now. If you buy them now you won’t make that big gains again.

Be on the safe side, hodl your BTC’s tight.

yes the best startegy to gain wealth is HODl, you can earn alot with your patience, just HODL and your coins will pump soon, dont worry, just try to buy more coins.

It is a simple strategy and without much explanation friend, it is only to keep the coins for many years to wait for their growth, the concept of hodl constitutes many years, not months, it is a bit to laugh at the children and old fans who do that.
Everyone proposes their strategy to their liking, but it is advisable to know which direction will take the currency you buy.

I think it is best to hold those altcoins with short term pump potential because if you were going to hold bitcoin it will take years before you can make a decent profit.

Bitcoin holding need a long time to start get profits and bitcoin is for sure the best option for the long term holding but bitcoin will not allow you to get profits for the short term

Yeah, the best income in short term holding comes from altcoins where the price of it is very low and the total market cap is low too that's why it is easy to pump.

Holding is a good strategy, but i think the best coin to HOLD are altcoins for short term, and for long holding term, i think bitcoin is the best for long holding because if its volatility which make's it more exciting. good topic, simple yet knowledgeable details.

I really share the opinion of the top owner about holding, I'm also holding a small amount because my capital is small, but it really makes me feel worried when there are people who have a lot of money dominating the market to check.

i agree with you on half of you write bro , the other half i dont , about holding yes i belive its more profitable then day trading , i tryd both and this my opinion , about bitcoin is giving you profite more then other altcoins you are wrong .

 

there is lote of coins on the market better then bitcoin from all sides , and it can give you ROI more then bitcoin .

That's exactly what I always say! Everyone in crypto is being fooled with things like hodl and bull season but the reality is the bull  market only last few days and I wouldn't be keeping my bit coin or any other alt saved for years like that to wait for 3x on my investment.  I'd rather trade Daily.

You cannot by more coins while you don't do it's research if it is the coin that have many investors or what! Cause the coin is pump depending on the number of investors

I think that you have thrown off useful information for many beginners and even more experienced users. This is a good strategy, only it requires a lot of time, which does not please many. I also follow this strategy, buy as many coins as possible and wait, eventually I get good profit.

As you write HODL Or long term was indeed a good strategy but it's not for all coin, Just some coin like ethereum, bitcoin, ripple, etc. For another coin we need make an mature plan before choosing to invest on long term, The point is it's depends on which coin.

I started to think you were correct, but not to the point of hoarding the fat !!! Yes, after a lot of experiments perhaps hold should be better than daily trading and performing complex technical analyzes and more. What happens is that I earn from a coin, but after a while it goes down, so I will lose what I won. So I think it's better to focus on one coin.

For some people hodl is the best strategy but if you are good at trading and you have enough experience then there is no need to hodl when you can make profit faster

I'm actually doing both strategies. I do have some BTC and I also invest in several promising altcoins that are not yet known by the bigger public. So I try to secure my profit with BTC and gain even more with altcoins.

For me, I am not a fan of Holding for a long time, frankly, I am bored and prefer daily or weekly trade and get small profits like 5% is enough.

look holding coins is not good in all cases 
some times to sell and lose a little is better to hold and lose 50% of your capital 
you should use your mind and expect what will happen also reading news about this coins can help which you will continue holding or not

Your point of view may be correct, but everyone has a different view, and you can combine these different approaches. I mean, for example, you can do holdings for one part of the coin and trade with the other, in case you like to trade and see an appropriate opportunity to make some profit.

This is completely wrong, the more you trade, the more you fall into more dangers, and the more you remedy it and gain experience and expertise. There is no trader who does not lose a lot of money for learning.

Well I agree in the article, if you don't know how to trade then it is better to hold some cryptocurrency and wait the price will increase than trading " the longer you play, the higher chances of lose".
