I think you should be careful as it is your money that you will loose. Anyone who says he can offer you very high roi is the first step of suspicion, second is the credibility of that person. Do you know the person personally, or do you know him from internet, all these add up to build an image of the person and you can then paint a picture and make assessment if you want to invest with the guy.
