How to make old people understand Bitcoin?

I think they should first start from basic, since it is the common way to understand things easily, so we could also use it if we want old generation understand the trend nowadays like crypto. First teach them about the gadgets, and for sure in just a month they could use it on their own, then that's the right time to introduce to them the cryptocurrency.

Bro, honestly I think its kind of hard for someone who doesnt even have an idea of how a computer works (in the case of my grandpa and grandma) to get to understand and work with cryptos.

 

However in my little experience teaching to the elderly I would say if you really want to teach them the main key is patience, you have to remin calm and dont get exasperated if they dont follow you, they have a different rythm for learning than ours and you cant force them to go faster than that. Always keep into account that what is so natural to you may be absolutely complex for them, it depends ond how old are they, their limitations in case they have any and the educational levels they reached, so if you take it easy and have a good strategy depending on this factors, you may suceed.. let us know how it goes...

@Cryptic right, if anyone want to start the will start from first stage I mean they will focus on all the basic things we should guide them because if we only refer them and they start from their own and they don't have little information they will share here not good things if we guide them then they will share good information when they join this platform here many members will help them..

Just show them a proof of payment and the popularity of bitcoin nowadays. Old people think that crypto currency and bitcoin are just a scam so we need to show them some proof that they could earn money in bitcoin in the easier way that they knew.

I think the difficulty with learning about cryptocurrency doesn't depend on age, maybe it is based on their interest. I have read some articles before about senior citizens use cryptocurrency as well. If they are really interested about cryptocurrency it will be easy for them to learn about it. Hey that is a great question. If I wanted an elderly person to understand what a bitcoin is in a simpler way I would say that it is the coins that you earn from the internet from forums or exchanges in turn of the posts or whatever work or investment you do or make. And that it has a great future.

It's been a long time to see that important question. I've been struggle for to explain bitcoin to the elders. I still couldn't find any way to do that. Sometimes i though i explained bitcoin correctly but and than i realize they just pretend they understand.  I think best way to explain bitcoin is telling about how big is it and we should explained that bitcoin is became more popular every year.

Hi there. I think it is a futile attempt to explain how the cryptocurrencies work to old people because they would never understand. As a matter of fact you will make them more confused as you try to explain them more. So just tell it is some kind of investment made using the technology, just like buying gold and silver from banks from the Internet.
