Yes, cryptocurrency can be the best money transfer solution for countries that are suffering from global sanctions because sanctions can only affect fiat payment processors like PayPal and Payeer but no country can ban cryptocurrency payments. People from any country can send or receive money through Bitcoin easily. But this is not a weapon it is a problem-solving tool. This is the main reason cryptocurrencies were developed.

Yes, we always use cryptocurrency for good purposes, but behind it bad guys often take advantage of it to do bad things. hackers have taken advantage of bitcoin to buy weapons, or some people also use cryptocurrency to buy illegal substances.
