Why is that bitcoin price is not influencing other coins?

in general, even other coins do not affect each other. they have their respective market cap and don't copy related. what so far has happened is the influence of demands on the exchanger. so when there is a good and trusted exchanger, chances are that the coins listed there will get a positive effect.

The price in bitcoins compared to other altcoins is higher because of the huge  gap in the price of bitcoins  , of course other alt coins increases in value.. you can't expect other coins such as ETH,LTC. To rise 100-500$ in few weeks,when the market price for Bitcoin rise so does alt coins in percentages with the Bitcoin. Likewise ,when Bitcoin decreases in price so does the alt coins.

i think this is not a correct conclusion. If you have a look at Coinbase they indicate the percentage of correlation between coins. There you see that strong correlations between several coins and bitcoin exist.

Before i just think that bitcoin price is not affecting other coins most specially the top 4altcoins but now i see that if the bitcoin price pumping i saw also the top4 altcoins increasing there price so i think it really affect the price.

Actually it is all about the stabiltiy of bitcoin prices. And also increase wtih stability actually. When bitcoin take a sudden jump upwards or downwards then market got depressed. But when bitcoin rises slowly and steady then all other coins rises with the bitcoin.
