Should I invest in ICO or altcoins?

Agree with you. I also strongly discourage someone from participating in ICO. That's really not good anymore right now, It's better to just invest in altcoin. Because it can be very profitable.

For now, I think buying altcoin on the market, which is in the top 50 looks more promising than investing in ICO or IEO. Current market conditions make the price of altcoin cheap and I think the crypto market will continue to recover

I advise you to not invest in ICO. There have been succesful cases of ICO, but there are not many of them. The risk is very high, and most of the coins get pumped and dumped. I suggest if you want the coins to wait after the crash

If i were you, i will invest my money on altcoins, it's more worth and more safety than investing in ICO that someday  something shit can happen. It's different though if you invest your money on IEO.

So, on one hand you have thousands of potential alt investments that are currently undervalued and have already history to check, on the other hand you have unknown projects with teams that yet need to prove themselves and products yet to be launched on a very high risk market that is ICOs

Every ICO and altcoins have a risk. ICO has a high risk to scam you, and altcoins has a risk when they got a super dump from some dumper. If you don't want some risk with your investment, try to invest in stable coin. In every investment, we must ready to face the risk.

For ICO you must to count on time to wait to that coin be on some exchange and when/how you will sell that coin (ICO). But if you invest in some altcoin that coin is alredy on some exchange, and you dont need to wait of course you need to wait price for profit but I think for exchange. But I dont tell you that ICO is bad or something like that, just you must to count on something which is not for altcoins too.

If you still decide to invest in ICO projects, then I would recommend you pay attention to those projects that are sold like IEO model, it is much faster and more profitable than ICO. Another advantage of IEO is that the token instantly starts trading on the exchange.

   It's very easy to choose between ICO and Altcoin, in my opinion every body will invest in the most less risks, and altcoin are less risks than ico especialy the first 100 coin that are listed in market cap, but for ICO in my experience 98% of it are just scame and i'm not trusting it anyway, so i hope i help you with my reply brother.
