2 - Is https://chain-ex.space a reliable exchanger? (I found Changelly in the list of Bestchange website). Is it worth risking 0.0025 BTC?

 

These sites are known to promote scams, because they advertise fake exchanges (in that case, it's chain-ex.space). Don't fall into these exchange scams, there are a lot of sites like this one.

there are such a lot of exchanges inside the world and every trade have one of a kind rate a few trade have excessive price and a few are low fee and yes this is viable that you can earn good money if you recognize that one exchange rate is high than the other which have low fee. So purchase the coin on low alternate price and send it to another high exchange and promote that coin to get greater earnings.

From first view it seems like good way to make profit but You should note fees, you cant do this operations because fees is very high in exchanges. Only that moment will stop your actions, and you could be banned for multiple strange transactions for sure.

Quite cryptic. Are you trying to say like we can make profit during the high liquidity of crypto currency in the trading markets? If yes, of course you can make the profit. Reserve some crypto according to your choices and sell them to get profits when the price is high.
