As the market fluctuated, for the purpose of hedging, more and more financial derivatives have been launched.

Here, I am gonna give you some information of differences between spot trading and BitOffer Bitcoin Options:

When the price of BTC is $9,000, after analyzing, Mike and Tom hold the view that the price of BTC would keep going up, then Mike bought BTC in spot trading, Tom bought a BTC Options on BitOffer.

1. Mike spent $9,000 to buy one bitcoin.
2. Tom bought an options contract with $5.

After that, the price of BTC rose rapidly. Within 1 hour, the price of BTC rose from $9,000 to $9,500. If they sell it as the price now,

1. Mike earns $500 ($9,500 - $9,000)*1
2. Tom earns $500 ($9,500 - $9,000)*1

We can easily see that the profit of Mike and Tom are the same, but they spent quite different.
1. Mike spent $9,000 to earn $500, the rate of return is 5.5%.
2. Tom spent $5 to earn $500, the rate of return is 10,000%.

What if the price of BTC decrease?
Mike will lose $500 when the price of BTC drops from $9,000 to $8,500. At the same time, Tom only lost $5 if so. This is one of the advantages of BitOffer Options.

With those information, we should know that BitOffer Bitcoin Options is a bitcoin financial derivatives with "Unlimited profit but limited lost".

I prefer to trade quickly and do several trades a day, possibly up to 20 successful trades a day from buying and selling
And make a profit from it

I also prefer to trade fast because it has daily profits and is fast and you get profit rates as the market moves

I choose spot trading because I can't store and wait and also I need money to live and my daily expenses because I don't work

I would prefer trading because in trading you just have to invest your money and wait for the charts and trades and from that you can gain so much money. You can make your money productive and you can make your time and efgort productive through trading.

Option trading will be profitable but with the amount of leverage given to that trading place it will not be safe than the spot trading

Actually, you should see this example, then you will find out that options trading is far safer than spot trading.

For Example

I use that to trade using $5 the price went up by 10 dollars but I didn't earn the 10$ i was given 0.1 dollars as profit? Can you tell me what I am missing

If you ask me about Spot trading or options trading then o absolutely say spot trading because I am a regular user of spot trading and I think that this is the best way to take a huge profit.

There is differences in spot trading and option trading. Who are new and don't know about derivative market, spot market will better than option market. Who are from finance background they actually know advantage and disadvantage of option and spot market.

So if you haven't enough knowledge about derivative market then only choose spot market.

In the trading section we can see these two type of options. But I will definitely choose leverage trading. Because there we can generate maximum profit. But we have to know that there is also high chance to lose our fund.

I will always choose bitoffer option trading. Because it's a leverage trading system. We can make our profit 100 time more in a trade. There we can genereate maximum profit. But at first we have to learn about this trading.

Well your articles on this platform seem illogical, as if you are making it a money-making machine, well if I believed you, then where does the platform come with these profits? If a person could win $ 500 for a loss of $ 5, this is unreasonable!

I know spot trading is fast but We have more chances of loss. So it is not sure we would earn something or not. Option trading is safer because we could get time and also get suitable price upto expiry of contract. So I would choose option trading.

I think Normal-Trading and make up to 100 order ( BUY-SELL ) better than options trading and lose in your minute, but i prefer options trading as new trader because i have no much capital for buy-sell trading, so i can enter options trading by small amount.

I think there are many who do the daily trade and is very profitable, because Bitcoin price is very volatile so they can get profit every hours! but of course we need to have a knowledge, other part there who buy and hold for long time.

Option trading is quick and instant because you don't need to wait for so long to start seeing results or profits but it involves high risk of losing your money in a blink of an eye, trade responsibly.

Both options are applied in my case. On the Yobit exchange very active traders can make the huge benefits everyday. You can not even imagine someone is getting incredible benefits from the spot tradings. Spot trading is also ok for some cases.

The second option for trading Spot Trading with Bitcoin is most suitable for me. It is best to make capital with minimal investment than to have high risk.

Your post has a purpose to advertise a certain echange which personally I know nothing about.

I can answer to your question though about what I prefer as trading tactic, this is swing trading, without any leverage involved. Even 10x leverage gets liquidated and stop loss not working in most exchanges in times of huge volatility. So personally I stopped leverage trading all along.
