It is not something I prefer by use of these. I am not use them for days as I have the tradingview that I use for price. These are for people look for cryptocurrency that are altcoin and not very known and try to find more information about them.

I only use coinmarketcap and never use coingenco but i hears that both are working very well and gives accurate information about both fiat and crypto markets , And before investing on any crypto currency we need to take a visit of any of these sites and research all the history of the coins .

In fact, I prefer coingecko and the reasons are that coinmarketcap has become the property of the binance platform, and such sites should be neutral to gain the viewer's confidence.

I have always been using CoinMarketCap, but after Binance joining there are many changes in design and interface, and for now coingecko is more comfortable for me. I don't know why, but when I'm using it, I feel better than using CMC

Well when looking for some specific information regarding cryptocurrencies and exchanges i have always been using CoinMarketCap because it has a better wider radius on the font letters meaning it's easier to search for something like a currency or some particular information.

On the other hand CoinGecko has such small text that it makes it hard to read on a quicker look.

It is something that can change during time. I remember I couldn't stop opening coinmarketcap whatever I was doing. It was like that for years and I was addicted to reading the prices of my favorite altcoins. First time I saw coingecko it was more crude and it is only lately they have updated and it is a lot better from previous years.

I like both of them and use them. Coingecko supports more coin and it updates prices faster than coinmarketcap but cmc is more popular and if a coin get listed in cmc the risk of being scam project is low.

Most of the members in this forum use coinmarketcap to view the price of bitcoin.Coingecko is used to check the coin how much to convert into fiat.I think coinmarketcap is best.

Both are very good websites updating and growing in popularity, coinmarketcap is the oldest and most used by many and coingecko has recently started catching up. I don't see a big difference and both are trying the best to offer good services to crypto users.

Both sites are good for tracking changes in the price of cryptocurrencies, and the various symbols that exist in the encrypted world, and they can be relied upon as I am a great user of the two sites.

First I used coin market because my friends used it and we have good idea how it works. But then I visit coingecko which was also hood I have place both sites at my favourite and  time to time use both. Some time use both for one token to match the data for working. Both have own unique beauty and benefits. You can say it's own preference of person which one he choices.

Both are proper.  However, I think we use the coin marketplace cap the most within the coin market cap or coenzacino.  That is a completely popular component and we will without problems transact our foreign money right here. It's far dependent on the site.  Additionally, we marketplace our coins very effortlessly coin marketplace cap no jam price. So I consider it.

Coinmarketcap is used by more people but me too I look more at coingecko for prices of alts and I use the portfolio option where you mark each coin you own or you want to be looking at with a star and have these saved as portfolio. I think coinmarketcap has something like that too. Both are very good sites updating prices after a minute and give good information for all the crypto markets.

I usually use coinmarketcap because it's gives more details about coins/altcoin, it's more reliable to me and safer although I have not use coingecko before so I can't say anything about it.

Except these there are a few more that are helpful and some can be better as have some differences a few people would want to see. What I use except coingecko and coinmarketcap are OnChainFX, Cryptocompare, Bitinfo and Coincheckup.

In particular, I use both platforms since what sometimes I don't get on one, I get on the other. They are two platforms that provide reliable information about the main details of cryptocurrencies.

You don't have to select one or another, you can use both or use them for reasons you would want to. Coinmarketcap has been giving a few airdrops and coingecko has some small rewards too lately. I am using both to be informed about the prices of cryptocurrences I use.

Both have their respective advantages, Coinmarketcap has a wider capitalization and there are many coins and tokens that we can see there. Meanwhile, CoinGecko has advantages in several languages that we can look at. I think that's an attraction in itself. I prefer to use both.

Right as both platform are the best one but i like the coinmarket cap and the popularity of the coin market cap is more than the coingecno. Currently there is a prediction competition on the coinmarket cap.

coinmarketcap has more relevance and is more used worldwide, for me it is super easy to find what I want to know about a cryptocurrency or exchange on that site and if we add to that that it now belongs to binance, because for me it is more reliable, always I use their tools such as the calculator or earn

I like coingecko more beacuse it looks friendlier and has aranged the data better from coinmarketcap. Both are fine but coingecko has a better feeling when I use it. It looks more like an internet website and less than a list of coins.

For me, it's teh opposite, I prefer coinmarketcap as it gives exactly the right information of listed coins/tokens (price/listing exchanges, trading volume per exchange...etc) unlike coingecko which lacks accuracy and it sometimes gives inexact information

Both of them give both results to the searcher for currencies and sites, and they are one of the best sites to search for the ranking of currencies in the market and the sites and tools in them. Recently, CoinMarketcap was purchased by the Binance platform.
