The three cases in which I divide this experience are: high real volume, low real volume, nonexistent volume.
If you intend to trade a Forex pair for example, always one of the indicators to highlight is the volume and its oscillations.
Operating with a high volume, implies a high level of liquidity at a constant low timeframes but operating with a low volume implies an instantaneous level of liquidity if a part of the market is absent to fight for a position, in this case it is sale and purchase.
In the crypto market, there are usually many pairs that contain false trading volumes, for new traders this is a bit difficult to detect.
You should be aware of the order book and know how it is structured, its walls and large orders that are only filled.

Yes true, if the token has a great volume you need to be active from time to time because there is really a possibility for you to get earn most often, just need patience and active in monitoring the graph, while it has no volume, you don't know when its gonna pump the price value.

yes the volume is very important if you trade..your order buy or sell is easily canbe done..i try this many times and tested to me.. i win lmost my trade when volume is very high

Never buy a token that has no volume or buyers where mostly happen only is pump and dump in the platform. 
because in the coin that has a good volume there is a chance for us to earn most of the time.

I love trading with crypto currencies that have good volume on the market, they are easy to make money with and you can trade with sufficient amount of money, low trade volume coins means low interest many  don't want to buy them.

On the other hand: low volume/low marketcap coins with real volume, can be very volatile, thus also profitable. I don't recommend to invest in them without knowing the project. Also if you do, invest small part.

I prefer high volume coins for 80% of my portfolio

Low volume coin do swing big in price but the price change can't hold for long, with out many investing into the project and gaining interest in it, it will not succeed, so I always stay away from low volume cryptocurrency.

thank you for this helpfull topic and this information , you are right there is exchanges that manipulat the coins volume , and thats why i dont trade in altcoins with low volume

it takes a lot of effort to monitor the chart and it is pure happiness when you can finally detect a volume spike and buy before the pump of the coin monitored but nowadays we have apps that do this for us.

It is true that there are many pairs that contain fake trading volumes in order to attract traders, especially the new ones to trade in this pair, and this is sometimes by exchanges themselves or from the owners of counterfeit coins in order to make a buying and selling movement on it.

Of course, the size of the currency is the scale that reflects the quantities of supply and demand in the market, and therefore we cannot compare the movements of the pound sterling with the movements of the Turkish lira. The trading volumes are never equal, so I prefer trading with pairs of high volume.

Of course there are differences from the three high volatility, low volatility and no volatility. It means that volatility is high and profits are also high but the risk is that prices go up faster and fall faster. Low volatility means that it is still in the instrument towards an upward trend or vice versa but this is also said to be a long-term strategy in low volatility. No Volatility means that there is no trading activity in supply and demand.
