I read an article according to Facebook that they  will create their own crypto currency , in the past it was known that Facebook banned all advertising related to crypto currency and blockchain but they have accepted now because they are also planning in coming up with their own crypto coin very soon.

I dont know this nevertheless but if facebook would to be sure discharge a coin, that would be momentous and awesome. i am looking into the open to it. and also it's look like a promising coin in the near future.

We can not say it is a useless coin, i believe that if it gets released it would have many advantages, but looks like there is too much pressure on it's release and it might just never get released.

In the end, I dont think FaceBook / FakeBook will launch their own coin. I think it was a publicity stunt, to gather attention to FakeBook. They started to talk about Libra, some yrs ago when there was a lot of news going around about cryptocurrencies. FakeBook has lost a lot of respect from the people who are signed up there. There are many privacy concerns regarding FakeBook. They steal your private info, sell it to private companies, follow / stalk you around the internet, among some other things. There is too much bad publicity regarding FakeBook, for them to be trusted.

These are not rumours this is news and it is many months before this post that Libra was announced. It will be released probably in 2021 some time and it will make no difference for cryptocurrencies as it will be a stable coin run by facebook.

I am waiting for the Libra too and will keep open eyes to see how this can use it for anything. I am interested in commerce and if this can easy be done using Libra and facebook it will give us perhpas a one in a lifetime opportunity. It will have stable price so it is only for produce and using.

I know of facebook coin called Libra. If this is what you ask for it is going to happen if the regulators allow it. It is up to the US government and the SEC. If the SEC denies it release then it will be over for Libra.

Libra will be out soon as there won't be stop for it from governments no matter how they cry sometimes about the dollar and the euro. It won't affect bitcoin because it will be different having an infinite supply, being backed by a basket of other currencies and having a stable price.

Facebook coin Libra will launch very soon, perhaps in months as the final regulation agreements are being discussed as high as the US congress to give an ok to this project to be released to the public. I expect it to fail but it always depends on what opportunities it will give.

Soon the Facebook coin that was used to be called Libra will come out but with a different name. It will be called diem now, like from the carpe diem quote. So we can expect Diem next year somewhere in 2021.

I don't have any reason to look forward for a facebook coin. It won't mean anything to me and will probably be something that some might want but in the crypto world we don't need this. If there was need for stable coins there are a few already.

we have been waiting for the Facebook currency for years, it has been the subject of the news every time, but we still haven't seen anything concrete. I think facebook will do their best if they do, but I think they are doing their best to make it perfect. I am thinking of investing as soon as libra coin is released. I am sure the facebook company will give excellent support to libra coin. It will be a good investment.

This coin have symptoms might not never launched, and we have to be carefully because scammers can create their fake Libra coin and lying people to buy it as facebook coin

I have also heard that facebook has launched their coin. But till now I haven't seen any hype with that coin. We know how much popular facebook is but the coin related to that platform doesn't even ring a bell of the traders.  I guess they are working on to expand this project.

Sincerely in the first time when I have heard about the Facebook planing to create its own cryptocurrency, I believed it. But then I don't believe it, all their announcement is just a speculation. Because they have planing to create Libra, then now they have changed it to Diem, but nothing is official, just a speculation!

Those rumors of launching of that coin those might be scammers has launched fake Libra projects in order to attract people because mostly of people are exited with this project.

There is all this rumor about the libra coin but it is difficult that Facebook allow such a coin. People without confirmed everything and spread it without thinking. Nothing is the reality of believing heard. Even if you hear such a rumor from somewhere, you must first confirm it from somewhere because nowadays visiting technology is not difficult to confirm anything.
