I think he says that for yesterday, but today, bitcoin was dumping so hard. We still waiting for the next few hours, and if the signal still in the down, then we can try to place an order buy at the market. But don't buy too fast because bitcoin now is unpredicted, so it is better to wait for a while and see what will happen later.
I guess that the price makes the adjustment again, and this time, the adjusting for the price was reaching the very low price and make some traders panic to think about how they will cover the losses. But let's hope that in the next week, the price will start to increase again.

if you're a long term investor and you want to hold at least for another 2 - 3 years you have nothing to worry about
