This time I am not going to comment about the prize of Stella but rather on your motivation. If you have 300$ and you want to really earn big by investing in Stella then do it. Its a gamble since you do not know what will happen but if you really want to earn big then do it. But if you are afraid of losing too much then play safe, diversify your portfolio and buy other coins with potential and not just stellar.

Here is the graph of Stellar upon the date of your post until February 7 price. 

As you can see, the price of Stellar upon your post is sitting at 0.063912 usd and it's price yesterday February 7, 2020 is sitting at 0.070312 usd. 
If you have invested your 300$ at that time you are only earning like 30 usd plus. So I can say that it is not a good return of investment within 4 months of holding. There are other currencies out there that will give you a better profit compare to stellar.
