Their is a clear scale set from forum for giving reputation position and negative and you have to consider those points before giving any reaction. Those who deserve what they put in comments must be delivered no need to feel just measure them with forum set standard and honestly give them reaction. We should wisely report plagiarism, keyword stuffing, multi-accounts, systemic violation, spamming. We should use community reputation correctly and not give negative points just for hatred. The one who should be blamed is those people who kept doing this kind of things which is ruining the image of the forum. We should actually be encourage to do this kind of things so that we would be able to lessen this kind of people who are not trying to make an effort to contribute in this forum. Absolutely correct  @Froshk if we keep our eyes closed allowing the forum to be filthed with useless post , no doubt that the forum will die so it is very important we report any spammer or any systematic forum violation that is the way we can ride away cheaters from the forum.

It is illogical for a person to blame others if they reported it for plagiarism or spam, in reality the blame must be exclusively on the person who violates the rules, before posting any content on the forum we are all encouraged to read the rules, and It is important to obey them for the good of all, if we violate the rules, we will get a punishment and in the greatest of cases, the ban of our account. Blame someone for reporting a breach of rules? This should be that the member was to blame himself or herself instead, I don't think that someone is so stupid to blame someone for reporting when they are those that make big problems to the forum. Anyone reporting spam or plagiarism.
