Well, you need to used this reputation in a right way because this is why the moderators are able to paid us by giving a reputation to easily locate this low quality posters, i hope you may understand mate.

Indeed good reputations is more than merely the point that you are seeing physically, but indirectly it's an instinct inspiration to whom it's given to continue to work hard. The moderators are there monitoring everything in the forum and all we need to do is to point out those low quality posters by giving them negative rating so that they will both be aware and make corrections immediately before they got banned completely.

This is why moderators are putting some payment for giving some reputations because they're also benefited by easily located the low quality posters here in this forum, i considered it as a good move to clean this forum quickly.

Exactly. Through repuatiation, it help us to become more productive in what we are doing because reputation can be an appreciation and we all know how its so good to the feeling when we are appreciated. Spread love, give repuatiation to everyone who deserve it.

Indeed cryptotalk reputation is not only are reputation itself but a way of encouragement for us to do more, create more and do better. We should not take it as wrongly doings when someone are giving us negative reactions. Take it us encouragement so we will be determined to create something that is useful.

I think the issue of reaction is all solved except for the case of misuse of negative ratings by few members, it is just a few away before they get nabbed anyway. Quality posts are a attracting more positive ratings but the reverse is not the case, members are afraid to give out negative ratings so it won't attract the same from spammers which might cause a null day of payment. I don't think that should be the case. We should perhaps look into it.
