Yes friend you are right.  If we see any kind of misconduct in the forum, we have to report it immediately.  This will be good for the forum and we will be able to escape from the clutches of spammers.  Thank you for posting what you need.

Yes it's  not a good thing . Some users are only aiming money and they are choosing the bad way to approach it by copying contents of other user . By copying the contents it's also getting harm to real user there is chance for post deletion of both and the effort made by the real user is getting no use . So try to bring out those scammers report it

Thank you for this warning , actually i never faced with someone like that, but i am pretty sure there're some people like that. I think they're copying other post for finishing their 20 post faster. I agree we should report them if we see those people, however i don't think we can understand all of them. We should have to be very careful to detect them.

Yes I've been noticing it from long ago, this is included in cyber crime. Necessary steps should be taken to prevent it. I think reporting is the best way. If we all report on copied comment, hopefully they will be removed.We all should show our own creation,not other's copying comment.

As you can see in the photos below there's someone who put an effort to gave his comment in my post but someone just added few word and the rest he copy and pasted the comment of the one who commented first before him. 

 

I can't see now the copied reply and I think he became reported by those who have a concern.

We should report scammers to the forum admins for the punishments. I also report copied materials to the forum admins. Copy paste is a crime in the CTT forum because scammers get money from the forum without working hard for the CTT forum. We should report.
