You are describing a crime of copy paste i saw an another thing that some people show cleverness while copying. They copy a post and paste it in their comment box and then again copy the same post and paste under the upper post, what a great thinking. These types of spammers should also be reported.

Changing only the words is not enough because that is still considered plagiarism, you still need to give credits to the owner of the post and paraphrase the content to avoid plagiarism.

First of all, I think that we have to be authentic and really honest, not only with the other members of this community but with ourselves. It is disrespectful for a member to plagiarize the content of others out of simple laziness and wanting to try to earn a reputation or easy money. That's right it's not good for rules, when we seee comments like that we should report it so admins can do what necesseary. Recently i start to see too many scam and spam posts in this forum, i am pretty sure admins doing their best but we all should report those spam and scam posts. They use article reformatting sites in order for the article to become their own and so as not to be detected. So when you focus too much, you will reveal them all, but it is difficult to do so if the member is very smart, you will not be able to distinguish it quickly because you must read all the comments, but if you find out, you must Report them.
