If we compare the use of reputation in last payment and to the new payment, the use of reputation now is as important as posting here since giving reputation to a good post or even bad post by rating the work of others are being paid now. Even though many members now are earning by giving reputation, we should do more good quality post so we know we deserve receiving a good reaction.

Well, this is actually true mate, most of the members in last campaign is not using their reputations and also they're just abusing it by giving some not quality posters but as of now, this is very important because the payment is based on reputation if you're getting paid or not.
