Yes, you have a point and now their is several exchange that closing so I think that if you want to be a serious trader then Crypto is not that good for big trader, still prefer stock.

yes, this is the best thing to do if you are a trader. just put on exchange only what you need to trade and rest on your safe cold wallets, because every exchange can be hacked or can block your account, etc...

another good way to avoid this is to use decentralized exchanges, but there are some limits on them like the  volume

I agree with you, so split the different currencies, there are exchanges as well, some exchanges are scams. So don't put the coins into an exchange.

Due to few exchanges we can't treat every exchange as a trap I also agree that there are some of the exchanges which acts like a trap and after getting connected with it users are caused by a huge loss.

Not a trap because you are learning some skills of trading through it if it is a trap then it will also teach a lesson in the end you have to work steadily until it stops working for you. it is like a helper for you it gives you a lot of experience also.

I agree with you. It is better to put a small amount into the exchange than to put all the money in one exchange. This reduces risk and loss as much as possible. and should not put money in exchange, put money in your wallet

well yea some exchanges end up taking people's money and run away but not all exchanges are the same because if thats true then we wont have any whales putting millions of dollars in the market anymore.

as someone who has fallen for a cryptopia hack i would say yea pretty much we gamble when we put our money in an exchange and we might wake up and lose it all.

Some exchange sites have set up the huge amounts of fees for the deposit withdraw and trade.So it is obvious that you are thinking like exchange are just the trap but if more live DEX features are available in the exchange sites you will not consider it as trap again.

This is not a good idea to store the huge amounts of crypto holdings on the different centralized exchange. Are you familiar with the terrible scam exit of Idax exchange? Which was the must trusted exchange before. Owner now ate millions of dollars.

I agree with you, many exchanges simply abuse the trust of their users and start simply canceling the withdrawal of large volumes of cryptocurrencies under any pretext. It is better to keep 50-100 dollars that you trade, no more or less.

That depends on what exchange you use, there is also risk management, hey if you are going to put money into an exchange it is to trade and if you do trade without risk management you will lose your money, remember that trading has its preparation, it is not that I saw  in the news that will go up and buy, because the opposite can happen.

We are different when it comes to opinion but for me exchange is not a trap but it's a way to achieve goals when you having a good opportunity when you're exchanging with other people. 

Don't waste the chance to exchange when good opportunity come.

Exchanges are very necessary for crypto market traders and investors. And if there is no exchanges then we can't trade of different currencies of crypto market. Exchanges are back bone of crypto market.

Indeed, most exchanges are not actually safu at all. Hold the coins in your own wallets and don't treat exchanges as one. Exchanges have a purpose and this is to trade, or to bring new people in that will buy and then sent on their own wallets, where they own the private keys.

The starting of this market was with alot of scamming site and until now , so we need to trade and use the old and trusted platforms and we need to accept the high fees and the low amount just to not lose alot in the future.

I have also noticed that a lot of exchanges keep closing their platforms or just disappear saying there were hacked. Something definitely seems very suspicious here

You are right, without exchanges, cryptocurrencies will not be easy to use at all, someone that can not offer exchange comes to the forum saying excuses are trap. Exchanges are for trading and are good for making more cryptocurrencies.
