Sending crypto to a wrong wallet is a very bad and foolish work. This is the most important step and this process can't be undone when it is done. Once you send it can't be reversed back so apply safety measures during transactions.

I know this virus, when you copy and paste the address that you want to send, that address will automatically change the hacker address. Your computer should have an antivirus and keep update it.

Yes if you send the crypto coins at wrong address that mean you lost your coins. You know that the crypto currency does not have the backup and it is the decentralized currency its mean its developer cannot stop with any force.

Clipboard malware is pretty common nowadays and the only remedy to this is the reformat your desktop or restore factory settings if its your phone. And next time always double check if you are sending to the correct address.

Oh this is sad. But i think you was not able to get the money back for sure. The reason behind it is the bitcoin transaction can't be reversed. There is also some explanation that why the transaction is not reversible. This is because the information comes to system that distributed in several blocks. You can not trace any transaction. This is the decentralised concept.

We can not get back funds when we sent them using any online wallet .We can not stop the transaction .Remember that when we are Sending  funds from our exchange wallet then we can get back funds and can stop the transaction instantly contact with support and tell them withdraw is wrong and please stop this withdraw.

Yeah there are many spywares and virus online that can infect your browser and change your address, you need to make sure on the address before you send any coin and clear all your browsing data, this will prevent it from happening.

Once you have sent any digital/crypto currencies to the wrong wallet, you can never take it back. The transaction cannot be undone. You cannot take your money back. That must be a lesson to be learned. Always double check the address before proceeding.

You should also consider if the wallet supports the coin that you will be sending. Specially those ERC20 tokens or any other tokens that are created through Ethereum platform. Do not forget the tags if tags are needed.

I wonder how can virus affect coinpayments addresses. It has to be lodged into the server of coinpayments. However, even if some virus did it, it was still your fault, you have to be absolutely sure, you have the same characters posted in the send textbox, as is the address of the receiver's address.
