Leverage trading is always dangerous and risky regardless of whatever price you see for bitcoin. It is impossible to announce any period of time as a safe period for leverage method. There are so many examples that this kind of traders have lost money even when bitcoin was rising because they choose positions that are way above their investments. Leverage traders trade with the money they don't even own it! The only safe way is to trade with the money that belongs 100% to you and choose a position that is most likely to increase your capital.

I agree with you we should never use leverage when market is too fluctuate especially when bitcoin is fluctuating I lose more than $500 because I did leverage trading with 25× leverage
