 Hello, I'm 19 years old and unfortunately I'm addicted to gambling for a year If I don't play with my own money, I use all the income I get from the internet in gambling and I lose my time and I want your help.Finally, I lost the 0.2ethereum I earned here in yolodic and I am in a very psychologically bad situation right now. Same problem here Efs. I lost some serious money myself playing dice in yobit. Maybe you can try to do the same as I did. Transfer some to an external wallet.

I plan to throw in an external wallet as pos coin and earn both staking income and keep the money in my pocket. I am still very young and I don't want to ruin my life with gambling.

Yes i ve blocked most of The sites bu myself but there is dozons of that kind of sites and i cant block every Single one. İ need to find a permanent solution for this. Thats about my psychology

I would put an extension that blocks access to the sites you play on (that is, you will not be able to access them). I also struggled with gambling addiction, and only this method helped me.

When you are addict to gambling is as addict to cigarette, so what you need to do try to find an interesting game where you can take your time playing, and dedicate your 2 or 3 hours on doing post here and the rest of your time playing others funny games 'but without money) Free games.

Gambling Addiction is really Scary the more you lose money the more frustration you get which lead to addiction on Gambling,I think you need medical help to solve this problem because even ,if you give you an advise there is no assurance that this will cure your Addictions.

I think I'm slowly getting rid of my gambling addiction.I haven't played any games for a few days and it doesn't need it either I freeze my crypto coins to staple so that the coin still can't be sent for a while.

I advise investing small amounts and betting with low amounts(100 sats etc) so that your bankroll will survive for a far longer duration and you will definitely have a ton of fun in my opinion.

I'm addicted too, and i till you it will affect you badly when you start putting your real money in crypto, the way I'm able to control it a bit, is by thinking if the negativity if gambling always, and what better i could do with my money, also looking for distractions.

You should make a plan to gamble one day yes and one day no and day after days you will minimize the rythme, but never make the mistake to stop all in one day , this is who i do to dont be addict

well only advice i can give you is to just look for good spychologist who can really help you cause it seems that you can't control and can't defea\t that adiction by yourself. so you need someones help and we can't help you online.

My advice for you, you should avoid things especially when it doesn't have any good effects on you. 

Try to focus your life in the world outside cryptoworld for a moment and don't go back to the gambling games again.

From experience, it only gets worse if you win. And more you win, more devastating it will be for your addiction. Losing streaks are the perfect way to try to get out if you aren't having delusions of making your money back. Take it as an expensive lesson on why not to gamble. If you can get out yourself, it's fine, but most of addicts need help with it and there are some support groups you can google.

 

If those aren't enough there are most likely gamblers anonymous groups in your local area too.

Don't beat yourself up. 0.2 ETH is really not a lot, and people lost much more in "investements". Gambling is fun and somewhat fair compared to other options.

Gambling is addictive it can also affect someone mentally and financially therefore, my brother its bad to hear that you are addicted to gambling, I know how it feels like because I was also once affected for almost one year I even reached an extent of even selling my clothes so that I can have money for gamble but thank God I overcame this challenge and I believe you too can do the same and the solution is just to isolate your self from all gambling activities and keep your self busy with some other things...thanks.

Just install some antivirus that will block your access to the site where you play, you will try to visit it several times a day , but soon forget about this site.
