Gambling addiction is not good, the best thing the person addicted can do is to just tell people around him including his family. And trying to not bet again. Like me, when I do not bet for a year, I knew I was not addicted again. The best to do is to stop gambling.

The sounds not more of a professional, gambling addicts,  if they can speak, they can get help from family, friends and from medical experts lime psychologists. These people will have to try to correct the ways the gambler think about gambling, trying to let him know that he will always lose.

My dear friend, in my opinion gambling is an art. Gambling let's you try your fate. Sometimes we suffer from bad times. In this we have to keep motivate ourselves. Detach emotions.

I usually try one thing to get concentrated on peace. I will tell you.

Do Yoga . It helps to release all negative energy and gives the positive vibes. Go in nature. Feel everything, water flowing, birds singing, various natural sounds. This enlightens me a lot and helps me to forget bit sorrows or failures.

This is the best thing I experienced for recharging myself.

Thats a real pity to hear of your problem. But, you are not alone. Try to find professional help, for your gambling problem. If you live in a country with socialized medicine, you can get free help from the government. Also, maybe do a Google search for free help in your country.

 

I live in Spain, it has socialized medicine. I am seeing a psychologist / shrink for free, because of some personal problems. I had also did an online search for free help, for Spain. There was a free consultation, I spoke to a very helpful person who helped me get out of a very dark place in my life.

 

So, there is help out there for you. You just have to look for it. No one can help you unless you want to help yourself.

Hello, I had a friend who was also addicted to the live casino. Talking with psychologists and with his family he was able to leave him and now he is very well.
Another thing is to spend your energy on something that you like and are good at it and maybe look for a book.

So dear i don't think that there is another way to be away from that . Dear play games and some hobbies you start. If you are busy in  others things and you don't have time for gambling . So dear try pubg game if you can't play it . It's good to play it your time passed in it .

I also have this addiction about gambling online. It is really hard to control especially when you are always losing. But, I hope you are doing well now TS.
