It is true that in this critical pandemic situation, the prices and the popularity of the cryptocurrencies are going high. But some coins are actually out of any outside influences. Those coins are totally decentralised but they have a raise in price because people are using and trading with those because of the outbreak of Corona virus. Anyway a halving took place this year and it would have also increased  the value of the cryptocurrencies.

I do not agree with what this article mentioned, I believe that the effect of the Corona virus was negative on the crypto market and especially on  Bitcoin, since it fell in price last March to $ 4,000, but Bitcoin now started to recover and passed this difficult stage and its price is now $9500

It was certainly very negative. Besides the huge dip, this event also proved that Bitcoin is totally corelated to the stock market for many years now. The whole market boom since the last recession of 2008 obviously affected positively Bitcoin and the whole tech sector along with the stock market in general. Statistics point out a strong corelation that wasn't too obvious before the crash of March.

As of early 2020 in Jan to Feb many believe the ravaging global pandemic corona virus will not have much effect, impact on BTC and Crypto currencies system, I too hold on to such believe. Until March when the situation worsen to extend broke down BTC value to the lowest ever $4800 dollars, despite in the year of its halving. But nevertheless halving shows a significant changes in pumping up the price and now bull run is triggering the rising to hits the values long time predicted of $20'000.

we can accept their is some information effect of Corona virus on bitcoin price , because mining is stopped as a result Bitcoin dump in it's price .

With what I have noticed, corona could have effect on bitcoin price when bitcoin greatly falled in March, 2020. But later the process increased, this means corona and bitcoin is now not affecting each other anymore. The price of bitcoin has even now increased.

The Corona virus pandemic has really affected the price of bitcoin because it made the prize of bitcoin not to rise, it was fluctuating within the range of $9,000-$9,500 since the beginning of the pandemic but recently there is improvement since i can now see bitcoin boost to $11,800 which already close to $12,000.

Hello, good evening.
The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted financial markets all over the world, including that of crypto currencies. Coronavirus has had a huge effect on the nascent industry of crypto currencies. We were already dealing with various issues, like regulations, liquidity. scams etc and this has just added to the list of worries. However new companies are building a lot of interesting products but there is still a lot of ambiguity surrounding Bitcoin even today. Though it can fairly be called a mainstream asset now, it is yet to be institutionalised. Governments all over the world need to take bold measures to regulate it and make it easier to buy / sell / hold Bitcoin. Till that happens, the crypto industry will continue to struggle amid all the uncertainty, which has been further highlighted by Corona situation. Hopefully, few years down the line, the change in narrative will be more of a positive one.

Yes corona pandemic influences the crypto market (and other fiat markets too, even gaz and oil are affected) because investors are worried especially with a fluctuating market and many of them have quit this field
